Fee Payment
The Harlem School District charges a "flat fee" for registration which includes workbook fees, course fees, materials and technology fees. Below are the approved "flat fees" for Pre-K through grade 12.
Fees may be paid online by visiting e~Funds for Schools. Families must have their student's Other ID/Student ID (found in Skyward Family Access) in order to pay fees online. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

Registration Fee: $72.00
Elementary (Grades K-5)
Registration Fee: $125.00
Middle School (Grades 6-8)
Required Fee: *50% of the required student fees must be paid at registration before optional fees may be purchased.
Registration Fee: $145.00 (Includes PE Shirt)
Optional Fees:
Yearbook: $40.00
Activity Fee: $35.00
High School (9-12)
Required Fee: *50% of the required student fees must be paid at registration before optional fees may be purchased.
Registration Fee: $145.00
Driver's Education Fee: $250.00 *If Enrolled
Advanced Placement Exam Fee: $99.00 per exam *If Enrolled in AP Class
CLEP Test Fee: $95.00
