Do You Live In The Harlem School District?

There are two ways to confirm that your property address is in the Harlem School District:

Utilize the School Finder app below.  Type in your full address and look for the orange markers to appear on the map.  Select the marker to view the school.  Please note, if no orange markers appear on the map, your residence is not in the Harlem School District.

To confirm this information, check the Winnebago County Treasurer's website https://wingis.org/maps/propertysearch 

• Type the address (do not use St, Ave, etc.) without using any punctuation. Click Search.

• Click on "Tax Info." Choose the most recent tax year. 

• Scroll down to "Taxing Bodies and Rates." This will list the proper school district. 

• If another school district is listed, you are NOT in the Harlem School District.

2025-2026 School Boundary Map

Harlem Consolidated District 122 is updating our school boundaries beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. We have created an interactive tool you can use to see which elementary school your student will attend.  An official email to all families with their student's 2026-2027 school assignment will be shared in March.

If you want to look up your address directly, you can use full-screen to search.

3. Enter the address and click Move Map to [Your address]. Zoom out to see your school or use the legend above to match the color to your building.
