We're kicking off our fundraiser with Snap! Raise, on Tuesday. This fundraiser requires that students gather emails that will be used to solicit donations for our marching band. If someone would like to donate to the band but does not want to give their email, or if they get an email and do not want to use a card, then we can accept cash or check donations made to the Central Hardin Band Boosters.
There are incentives! If students get 10 total donations, they will receive a 5 lb bag of Albanese gummy bears. The most emails submitted will receive $25 CASH. The student with the most donations will receive $50 CASH. The student with the highest donation total will receive $50 CASH. The student with the highest single donation will receive $50 CASH. Finally, the POD with the highest donation total per person will receive a PIZZA PARTY.
I ask that you help your student identify at least 20 people they will reach out to via Snap! Raise, gather their email address, and submit those emails to this link.
The list of 20 people should include many of your child's biggest fans and needs to be completed in full to ensure our campaign is set up for success. It is my hope and expectation that each student will have a major impact on our program. Here are the next steps:
- Help your student select at least 20 potential supporters
- Avoid using emails of teachers, peers of your students, or strangers
- Enter their names and correct email into the Google Form (linked above)
- Here are 20 examples of people your student should consider adding at a minimum.
