Golf Villages
Golf Villages is surrounded on three sides by Knotts Creek, a tidal marsh which flows from the Nansemond River. The neighborhood of 210 single family homes, and 127 townhouses and duplexes, are all positioned to take advantage of serene views of the marsh and natural wooded areas, or views of the golf course that winds its way through the community. A playground and open park areas offer a place for kids to run and play; and a pond adjacent to the park draws heron, osprey, geese and ducks to feed and swim.
