The HarborPointe Marina is located on submerged lands leased to the HarborPointe Marina Association. The Marina is exclusively for the private use of members of the HarborPointe and all members of the HOA are members of the MOA. Members pay the same dues to the MOA regardless of whether or not the member has been assigned a Marina Slip.

There are 48 slips designated in the Marina. Members may be assigned slips once a vessel is approved to be moored in the Marina. Boats can only be stored on a boat lift, which must be installed within 90 days of slip assignment. The size of boats are restricted based upon the assigned Marina Slip.

Please Note: Slips are not real property that are titled or deeded with the lots of the HOA. Membership in the MOA is mandatory. The MOA does not reserve for repairs of the Marina, and members have incurred substantial special assessments to repair and maintain the Marina in the past and such special assessments may occur in the future.

The MOA has a statutory obligation to maintain the amenities specified in the declarations.
