Yes. The Application collects precise location data (GPS‑based) only at the time of clock‑in and clock‑out actions.
Location access is required to:
Verify employee presence at an authorized work location
Prevent attendance misuse or fraud
Enable accurate attendance records
Important notes:
Location is collected only when you actively perform attendance actions (clock‑in / clock‑out).
Location is not tracked continuously or in the background.
Location data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.
You may choose not to grant location permission; however, some attendance features may not function correctly without it.
The Application may request access to photos and videos to support core HRMS features such as:
Uploading attendance or verification images
Submitting documents or media for HR requests
Updating profile‑related media
How media access works:
The Application uses the Android system photo picker or limited media access where applicable.
Media access is used only when you explicitly choose to upload photos or videos.
The Application does not scan, access, or collect your entire media library.
Media files are processed solely for the requested HR‑related purpose and are not shared for advertising or analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Information may be shared only in the following limited cases:
With trusted service providers who support Application operations (under strict confidentiality agreements)
When required by law or legal process
To protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the Service Provider, or the public
Any shared data is limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose.
User‑provided data is retained for as long as your account remains active and as required for HR and legal compliance.
Automatically collected technical data may be retained for up to 24 months and then stored in aggregated or anonymized form.
