Christmas Celebration
Christmas is the festival that teaches us to live with harmony and love. It also teaches sharing and helping the poor and needy. It was surely a Christmas to remember at our school on 23rd December 2022. The school audititorium wore a festive look with bells, sledge and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The program began with the Christmas prayer. The children were told about the birth of Lord Jesus and the legend of Santa Claus through a PPT. The spirit of giving and sharing was inculcated among the students by the wonderful drama presented by grade 4 students. The celebrations included a rhythmic performance from the choir. The Principal expressed his delight on seeing such enthusiasm in the students who brought the spirit of Christmas to life. The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was amply visible on the faces of the students especially when Santa moved around distributing sweets to them. The delightful celebration included children coming in red and white colour party dress. Caught in the whirl of fun and excitement, the students at the Christmas Carnival enjoyed the unlimited sprawl of exciting games, tattoo corner, selfie corner, complemented by attention-grabbing food stalls. Through all these activities the school and its students raised money for the purpose of charity and the amount that was collected is to be donated to the old age home. Such celebrations bring happiness and togetherness among the students and also inculcate the spirit of sharing and giving in them.
