Pre-Primary - Activity - STEM

The primary objective of the Sensory Bin STEM activity is to introduce preschoolers to basic STEM concepts in a playful and engaging manner, fostering curiosity and a love for learning. 

Different activities were done in Nursery class like ‘Salt Rainbow’ by using squeezers ,paper plate, salt and water color. Sensory bottle activity was done as game I Spy for which the children found the object from the bottle and separated it according to the colors. 

Regular incorporation of such activities in early childhood education can lay a foundation for a lifelong interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Primary - Activity - Bird feeder

Birds, like all animals, have specific needs for survival. In a city, birds may find water in puddles or in a pond. They may make their home out of a hole in a tree, or they may create a nest out of bits of hair or fabric they find in a yard.

This fun loving activity has taken its place in Grade 2A on 3rd of December. Students have brought their imaginations into their creativity. They felt so much joy and happiness while joining every parts of the feeder as they were thinking of the melodious sounds of the birds they will get to hear when they’ll hang the feeder on their trees. Students expressed their love and care for the birds through this activity.

Having a bird feeder to watch is a great way of bringing different bird species into your backyard. Creating a bird feeder might also help birds find food during times of year when finding food is difficult.

Primary - Activity - Making of Solar System

Our Solar System is a busy place with the sun, planets and many cool things to learn and explore. Scientist and astronauts are always learning new things about our Solar System.

An activity was conducted for Grade III–A students in subject Science. It provided students with a foundational understanding of the solar system’s components and their characteristics. It ignited their curiosity about the universe and space exploration. This activity not only met the curriculum objectives but also encouraged students to explore the wonders of cosmos further.

Primary - Activity - Creating shapes of same size

Creating shapes of the same size is a fundamental concept in geometry and design. Students are very much interested to makes shapes and different patterns by their own. They are learning by doing themselves.

The activity on the topic of Creating shapes of the same size was conducted in Grade-1. Understanding the significance of uniform shapes in different applications is vital for achieving desired outcomes.

Through this activity students will develop the coordination among their visual, identical and fine motor skills.

Primary - Activity - Solar system, water cycle, constellation

Students of Hanumant High School, Grade 3-B performed a group activity on 7th November 2023 to get an idea about Solar system, Water cycle and Constellation. Students’ groups got theoretical as well as practical project knowledge about it. All the students are divided in groups and they made activity according as per allotted topic.

The students enjoyed this activity with joy and got interesting fact about the topic. They are eagerly waiting for the conclusion video.

Primary - Activity - Dictionary skills

RBK Hanumant High School LRC organised the Reader's Club Activity as per the NEP 2020 with Integration of English Language on December 2, 2023, and members from Grades III, A, and B participated in the Pocket Oxford English Dictionary activity. The teacher librarian Mr. Dayawant D Upadhyaya & Mrs. Swati Wagh (PRT- English) assisted them in determining the meaning of the word. The students looked up the difficult word. The students were excited to see the new activity. Students were motivated by using the Reading Star and flash cards. The activity's goal was to improve students' dictionary skills, raise students' awareness of the information available in dictionaries, and improve students' prediction skills when confronted with new vocabulary.

Primary - Activity - Symmetry

Students of Hanumant High School, Grade 5-B performed an activity on 5th December 2023 to get an idea about Symmetrical basic shapes for line of symmetry. We may have observed several symmetrical objects in our daily life like Rangolis. The striking aspect of symmetry can be observed in Rangoli designs, Buildings, Architectures etc. These designs are famous in India for their unique and symmetrical patterns. They depict the colorful science of symmetry.

Students did their activity with keen interest and understood the relation between shapes and their symmetry pattern.

Secondary - Activity - Shree Krishna Bhajan

હનુમંત હાઈસ્કૂલ માં ધોરણ ૭ ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓંને ક્રિયા દ્વારા શિક્ષણ નિમિત્તે રચનાત્મક ગાયન કાર્ય કરાવવામાં આવ્યું હતું. ક્રિયા ના હેતુ ને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને ધોરણ ૭ માં કવિતા- “માધવ ક્યાંયનથી મધુવન માં ” જે ગુજરાતી સાહિત્ય ના કવિ શિરોમણી હરીન્દ્ર દવે રચિત કાવ્ય છે. પ્રસ્તુત કવિતા સંદર્ભએ શિક્ષિકાના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ બાળકો એ પોતાની લય બ, તાલ સાથે શ્રી કૃષ્ણના પ્રચલિત ભજનો રજૂ કર્યા. બાળકો એ ગુજરાતી કવિતાઓં પણ સાંભળી હતી અને તે ક્ષણને ખરા અર્થ માં સાર્થક કરી હતી.

Teacher's Achievement

On November 19, 2023, at Arni University Kathgrah, Tehsil-Indora, District- Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Dayawant D. Upadhyaya received the Best Educator Award at the Education Conclave and Leadership Summit, which was hosted by Mr. Vivek Singh, the Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Santosh Sharma Ma'am, the Vice- Chancellor, and Dr. Sunil Kaushal, the Founder & Chairman of Edufuture Educators Association. Those who have worked in the education sector for 20 years or more are eligible to receive this award. In July 2023, Mr. Dayawant D. Upadhyaya submitted his nomination from RBK Hanumant High School in the Mahuva District of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, and Arni University chose it.
