Welcome to the Art Room! I am so so happy to share my love of Art with my students.

I am looking forward to a creative year with the students in Hanover Township. I have a BFA in Graphic Design from The University of the Arts and I have my degree in  Elementary Education from the College of St. Elizabeth. I am certified as a K-12 Art educator as well as a K-5 educator. I have a background in merchandising art, I have also worked as a K-8 art educator, kindergarten aide and second grade teacher. All of these experiences have given me so many amazing tools to utilize in my Art classroom. I love to travel, paint, watch my sons play hockey and go for walks with my dogs.

In our Art class, students will learn various art techniques such as drawing, painting, 3-dimensional design, sculpture, printmaking and collage. We will learn about art history, famous artists and multicultural art. I love to discuss current events in Art and share my recent experiences attending art events with my students. I am looking forward to a fun and creative year!
