Hello, families! My name is Lauren Francis, and I've been a part of the Hanover Township Public School District since November 2023. I am passionate about health and fitness, which is reflected in my years of teaching and coaching. In my free time, I’m learning to play golf and enjoy traveling, practicing Pilates and yoga, working out, and spending time with my family.

My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel empowered to try new activities in PE class. I will focus on building confidence, which will foster a positive attitude toward fitness. Additionally, I will work to promote and encourage lifelong healthy habits throughout the PE and health curriculum.
