Registration:  Hanover Area Virtual Academy 2023-2024 Registration

Please note your child must be registered with the district in order to attend the virtual academy. 

Students in Grades K-5...

Be sure that you check into the virtual homeroom each day by 10:00 a.m. In addition to logging into Calvert, please be sure to log in to edmentum. You must begin working on the Diagnostics.  [You should have one for Reading, ELA, and Math.]  All 3 diagnostics must be completed in addition to your coursework during the first two weeks of school. All students in the district are taking these assessments during the opening weeks of school.

***edmentum.com uses the same login as Calvert.

Students in Grades 6-12...

During the first week of your enrollment, you may not see all of your courses. Be sure that you check into the virtual homeroom each day by 10:00 a.m. Please begin working on the Diagnostics.  [You should have one for Reading, ELA, and Math.]  You must complete all 3 in addition to your coursework this semester. All students in the district are taking these assessments during the opening weeks of school.

• The Hanover Area Virtual Academy begins 08/28/2023.

• The Hanover Area Virtual Academy uses Google Classroom for attendance and communication only.  Students will be required to check-in daily and mark their attendance.

• The Hanover Area Virtual Academy login information will be sent shortly. 

• K-5 Students will be using Calvert and 6-12 will be using Courseware. These are edmentum products and will be supported by Hanover Area teachers.  

• Students must adhere to the scheduled due dates within each course.
