Attendee Registration Opens April 1

Each individual wishing to participate in Festival/Conference is required to register independently as a Festival/Conference Attendee. Attendee Registration will be offered online, and will open at 11 AM on April 1, 2017. The registration process may be completed on behalf of someone else as long as a unique email address is used to identify each registrant.
During the registration process, registrants will be asked for the Group Registration Number provided by their Group Registrar to identify themselves as members of a specific group. Each registrant will be asked to provide their email address, their desired Festival housing option, desired badge information and t-shirt size, and will have the opportunity to choose the workshop courses and classes that they would like to attend during Festival/Conference. Payment of an Attendee Registration Fee, either by credit card or by check, will be collected during the online registration process.
Floor placement of groups participating in the Massed Ringing Festival will be determined after the close of the Attendee Registraton period (May 28). Placement will be made based on the registration date of the last group member to register.
Individual Course/Class Selections
Class selection will be made on a first-come/ first served basis. The number of available seats in each class will be updated as each registration is processed. When possible, extra seats and/or sessions may be added as demand dictates. Be sure to register early to get the classes you desire.
Step 1: REVIEW COURSE OFFERINGS
Course offerings and descriptions can be found here. All conference courses are listed in order of course number, with a description of the course topic, the instructor name, and the session blocks when each session of a particular course is offered. The complete Festival/Conference Event Schedule lists the name and course number of every course offered, organized by Session Block. For your conveinience, download the Course Schedule Worksheet for use in choosing your classes.
Each attendee should review the offerings and make note of those courses that are of particular interest.
Step 2: ASSESS LEARNING OBJECTIVES
What do you most want to achieve in this F/C? Improve your technique? Work on sight-reading? Learn solo or ensemble skills? Discuss with your director the areas on which he or she feels you should focus. Return to the Course Offerings and make note of any additional courses that might be of interest to you based on your learning objectives. We suggest that your group get together to select courses, taking as many different courses as possible, so that everyone can share their knowledge after returning from F/C.

Use your completed Course Selection Form after April 1 when registering online at bit.ly/FC17AttendeeRegistration. Class assignments will be confirmed at completion of the registration process.
