Hampton City Schools and the City of Hampton recognize that partnerships between organizations will greatly enhance the educational opportunities for our youth in Title I schools. Social emotional skills, along with the guidance of caring adults, are also significant in the successful development of students. Our mentoring programs aim to engage the community and develop positive and lasting relationships with elementary and middle school students to promote academic and social success.
