The thesis statement answers your research question by making a claim about your discoveries and providing the supporting reasons. It is then included in both the introduction and conclusion of your presentation.
To create a thesis statement:
Restate your research question.
Write your stance on the issue.
List your supporting reasons.
Combine steps 2-3 to create a final thesis statement. Try a few versions if needed.
