Hampton City Schools and Hampton Public Library have collaborated on a new initiative that will give HCS students access to online resources that include a curated library of research material and recreational content, all without a library card.
HCS students can access a wide variety of digital resources including:
Hoopla ebooks, music and audiobooks
Magzter magazines (over 5,000 titles)
Transparent Language & Pronunciator language learning
Video on Demand fun and educational videos
Brainfuse Helpnow homework and writing help
Universal Class free online courses
Students can also participate and win prizes in Hampton public library’s Summer Reading Challenge through Beanstack.
Go to Hampton.gov/onlineresources. Students should use their HCS student ID number anywhere that asks for a library card number. Each online resource will walk the student through signing in or creating an account.
