Hello Bulldogs!
My name is Stacey Henderson-Gomes, and I’m honored to begin my second year as your Family Engagement Specialist at Burbank Elementary as we enter our second year as a Title I school.

Though I’m still fairly new to Burbank, I’m deeply rooted in the Hampton Roads community and am a proud graduate of Phoebus High School and Norfolk State University.

I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships with families and helping ensure every student has the tools and support they need to succeed. Over the past year, I’ve had the joy of learning more about our Burbank community, and I look forward to continuing that journey—connecting with even more of you, celebrating our progress, and working together to make every family’s experience a positive one.
