Around 4-5 wedges of frozen peaches
1 banana
1 cup of vanilla yogurt (soy, dairy, coconut, etc.)
¾ milk of choice
Put all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
Taste & adjust to sweetness and texture!
Add other fruit! Strawberries, blueberries, and others that will pair well with peaches
1 tablespoon of nut butter
Protein powder
Cinnamon or any seeds (chia, flax, or hemp, etc)
