Toast to 100 Days

On February 7, our Hamline class of 2024 came together to celebrate their last 100 days of college by attending the Toast to 100 Days event. The soon-to-be graduates joined the Alumni Relations and Conference and Event Management departments for this momentous event.

Toast to 100 Days was an event that was brought back in 2023 after a two-year hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the toast, students ate Mediterranean food, mingled with fellow classmates, and toasted their last 100 days at Hamline University.

The toast featured speeches from the Hamline University Student Congress President Travis Matthews, President of the Alumni Board Joe Sathe, Vice President and Dean of Students Patti Klein-Kersten, Dean of College of Liberal Arts Marcela Kostihova, Interim Provost Andy Rundquist, and even Interim President of Hamline University Kathleen Murry! These speeches gave students time to reflect on the past four years, reminisce on their time spent at Hamline University, and of course bring words of wisdom to the class of 2024.

Wesley Center’s very own student workers Annika McClintock, Hafsa Ahmed, and Jennifer Martinez Badillo joined the event to celebrate their accomplishments over these past few years. Cheers to the last 100 days!
