Recipe for Air Fryer Honey Cinnamon Winter Squash
Ingredients:
1 squash, peeled, remove the seeds, and cut into 1-inch chunks/cubes
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 teaspoon of honey for drizzling on top
Directions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees
2. Place cubed squash pieces, oil, honey, ground cinnamon, and sea salt into a bowl and mix it together.
3. Add the squash mixture to the air fryer (but do not fill the air fryer more than halfway) and cook for 14-16 minutes until tender, shaking the basket every five minutes
4. Place in serving dish and drizzle additional honey on top.
