Students will study topics such as the tools of Geometry, logic, reasoning, and proof, parallel and perpendicular lines, coordinate geometry, properties of triangles and quadrilaterals, area, right triangle trigonometry, similarity, 3D geometry, and circles.

Test/Quiz Correction Policy
Students will be allowed to make test corrections on assessments. Students must advocate for themselves and request to make test corrections by speaking with Mrs. Derlein. Students must then fill out the test corrections form. This form asks students to rework incorrect problems as well as reflect on their mistakes. Students will earn 1/2 credit back for all accurately completed corrections. All corrections must include a detailed reflection of what the student did wrong and must show work on how to correct it, otherwise credit will not be given.
