Come, Breathe

This is the simplest meditation you can try to change your mindset.
Breath in for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds, then slowly breathe out over 8 seconds.
The video above last for 5 minutes, but just do it for as long as you feel.

It will help with stress, just feel your shoulders relax.
It will help you slow down, gives you a small moment for yourself. Try it just before your coffee in the morning.
It can help you sleep, just before you go to sleep play the whole 5 minutes.
Focus, you have a busy mind try the exercise and get some clarity.
