Georgia Student Health Survey 2023

Dear Parents,

The 2022-2023 Georgia Student Health Survey will be administered to our WLA students between February 27-March 1. We also encourage our parents to take the Georgia Parent Survey (link found below). Survey participation is voluntary, but we strongly encourage participation in the surveys to provide our school with critically important data to help guide prevention and intervention strategies. 

Please note that the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA) requires that schools notify parents/guardians about the student survey and give them the option to opt out if so desired. Georgia Student Health Survey questions are available for review by parents/guardians and other parties upon request.

Cafe Mundo

Our next Cafe Mundo will take place on Friday, March 10. The students will prepare and serve cuisine from both France and Jamaica. Please be on the lookout for an invitation email from our Cafe Mundo students.

Parent Meeting- March 28th (All three schools are invited!)

On these two days, 5th grade students from WLA Elementary, McEver Arts Academy and White Sulphur Elementary will have the opportunity to visit our school to tour the school, meet with our teachers and learn about our classes and connections. We will also offer a parent meeting the evening of March 28th to communicate information and answer parent questions. The meeting will begin at 6:00pm in the cafeteria. Please spread the word!
