Please remember your ID when checking in for class parties

May 19th: 10:30am 2nd grade class party, 1:30pm Senior Walk

May 20th: 10:00am 4th grade party, 12:00pm 3rd grade class party

May 21st: 8:30am Kinder graduation (party to follow), 10:30am 5th grade party

May 22nd: 9:00am 5th grade graduation, 1:00pm 1st grade class party

May 23rd: Last day of school & report cards go home

***5th grade parents must complete the volunteer modules by Monday, 5/19, if they want to attend the 5th grade party on 5/21 at Frances Meadows

Attention 5th Grade parents:

As we begin to celebrate the graduation of our 5th graders, we want to let you know about an opportunity to celebrate your student with yard signs placed at Wauka Mountain!

1. Yard signs can be purchased from any vendor you choose, or you can purchase directly from North Hall HS. NHHS can print lawn signs in the same design they have been using for banners in previous years. The cost is $15 each for a single sided lawn sign.

Parents should contact Olivia Poole at olivia.poole@hallco.org if they would like to order from NHHS.

2. Signs can be placed in the car rider line or along HWY 52 in front of the fence beginning on Friday, May 2nd, after school.

3. Parents can place their student's sign during non-school hours any day between May 2nd and May 30th.

4. Signs must be removed by May 30th. Signs not picked up by the May 30th will be thrown away.

5. Yard signs are taking the place of our banner tradition, so please do NOT hang banners anywhere on our campus.

Note for Students who eat Breakfast at school

Please have your student to school on time so they can eat and be ready for instruction.

Students must be dropped off in the car rider line before 7:45.

Any student that is not in the building, or is dropped off anywhere other than the car rider line (without prior administrative approval) will be marked Tardy.

Come enjoy lunch with your student at Wauka Mountain!!

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your student's lunch time to allow time to check in at the office

Beginning on 9/3 we are excited to be able to welcome family members to eat lunch with their student on select days. We ask that the following guidelines are observed:

Each student will be limited to 2 guests. Each guest must have ID, and at least 1 guest must be listed in the student's Infinite Campus profile as an approved contact (ie; household member or other approved contact); you may check this information via parent portal.
Guests must check in at the front office and wait to meet their student there.
Please send a note with your student that day to give to their teacher.
Eating areas will be outside, and subject to weather. Guests will not be allowed to eat in the cafeteria, though they may go through the line and get a tray.
Due to safety and available space, we will limit the number of overall students that may have guests to 3 or 4 per grade level per day. Guests must sign in using THIS LINK . If a date is not available, it is because all of the available slots have been taken at that time.
Due to the limited availability of slots to join your students at lunch, please do not sign up for multiple or consecutive dates at one time. This will allow more people to enjoy this time with their students.
Your student will need to come back to the front office after lunch, and we will return them to class. Guests will not be able to walk their student back to class.

Lunch & Snack Note - Please do not send your students with carbonated sodas for snack or in their lunchboxes. Sugary or caffeinated beverages are strongly discouraged

Car Rider Drop off

Students need to be in the building by 7:45 to avoid being marked tardy

Unless you have received prior approval from Wauka Mountain administration, please do not drop off your student in the bus lane or in front of the school.

Car riders will enter campus from HWY 52 to Dinnan Drive. If traffic is backed up, please do not make a left onto campus. Rather, go to the next driveway at the transfer center and make a U-turn (Map #1). Then, follow the road around the field to the drop off area (Yellow highlight in the picture Map #2).

After 7:45, or when checking a tardy student in, please use the front office entrance.
