Get involved at Hale Theatre - AZ! We're accepting applications for the following positions. Located in Downtown Gilbert since 2003 directly across from the historic water tower. We produce Broadway plays and musicals year round, and are known for our high quality performances and theater experience as well as our friendly staff.

Costume Designer
Gilbert, AZ

In this role, you will be required to meet with the producers and directors, analyze and interpret the script, research time periods and character histories, and coordinate the process of costume design from conception to creation.

Resident Technical Director
Gilbert, AZ

Broadly responsible to ensure each production and performance runs smoothly from first technical planning meetings through rehearsals and last curtain. The Technical Director is the department head of the scenic department and oversees the day-to-day operation of the scenic shop, ensuring that set pieces are built to design specifications, on-time and on budget.

Master Carpenter
Gilbert, AZ

The Master Carpenter is an integral part of the production team responsible for supervising the day-to-day production, development, and installation of theatrical scenery for all productions.

Audio Engineer (A2) / Wardrobe
Gilbert, AZ

The A2 will serve as the primary backup for the A1, if they should become unable to run the show. The A2 will also work backstage with the Assistant Stage Managers to assist with any microphone mishaps during the show, as well as assist with any quick costume changes necessary.

Scenic / Set Carpenter
Gilbert, AZ

Expected duties include building scenery, sets, and props for upcoming productions.
