Nature and parks
Mudchute Farm
Pier Street
London

“These 32 acres on the Isle of Dogs make up one of London’s biggest farms. Mudchute Farm's main attraction is the Equestrian Centre, a riding school with an all-weather arena and show jumps. Good news is the ever-popular café recently reopened and is still serving brilliant breakfasts.” - TimeOut London
Deen City Farm

Museums
Grant Museum of Zoology
Rockefeller Building, University College London
21 University St
London
WC1E 6DE
“The Grant Museum may have moved in 2011 into new premises – a grand room in a former library in the UCL complex – but it looks as if this zoological museum, the only one of its kind in London, has been here for a century or more.” - TimeOut London
Leighton House
London
W14 8LZ
Opening hours: Wed-Mon 10am-5.30pm.
Transport: Tube: High Street Kensington
In the 1860s the artist Frederic Leighton commissioned his friend, the architect George Aitcheson, to build him a showpiece house in Holland Park, which he filled with classical treasures from all over the world, as well as his own works and those of his contemporaries. The house was a work of art in itself, with every inch decorated in high style inspired by the studios Leighton had seen on his extensive European travels.
Attractions
London Dungeon
No ghosts or ghouls, just gory stories retold with humour, gooey props and gruesomely costumed actors as you tour through London’s nastiest historical moments. From boarding a traitor’s boat ride to the Tower of London, to a dash through the recreated streets of Whitechapel in pursuit of Jack the Ripper, to a glimpse at stinking Plague London, it’s a romp and a scream, but definitely not for the fainthearted.
ClueTrace
One of London's many escape games on offer, following the same sort of vibe: there's a theme, you form a team and use your mind to get out of a locked room. At this east London game a group (minimum two, max five) of you are invited into the mind of a 'white collar criminal' to search his thoughts for a secret code. Within 60 minutes participants will be faced with puzzles, challenges and mysteries, which all need to be solved in order to escape in time
