At Collins Hill we offer a STEM based academy based in Project-Based Learning. We offer multiple courses of study

and internships once students have progressed through the initial three years of the program. more

Courses of Study

Each pathway or Course of Study requires three consecutive courses in a specific area of study.

Engineering

Foundations of Engineering / Concepts of Engineering / Applications of Engineering

Programming

Introduction to Digital Technology / AP Computer Science Principles / Programming, Apps, Games, and Society

Computer Science

Introduction to Digital Technology / AP Computer Science Principles / AP Computer Science

Marketing

Marketing Principles / Marketing and Entrepreneurship / Marketing Management

Audio-Video Technology and Film

Audio-Video Technology and Film I / Audio-Video Technology and Film II/ Audio-Video Technology and Film III

Web Development (through Dual Enrollement)

Introduction to Digital Technology / AP Computer Science Principles / Web Development (not offered at Collins Hill)

Entrepreneurship (coming fall 2019)

Introduction to Digital Technology / Legal Environment of Business / Entrepreneurship

Advanced Academic

Students complete a minimum of one Advanced Placement course in Science or Math

STEAM Courses of Study:

Fine Arts: Three consecutive years of band, orchestra, chorus, theater, or dance

Music Tech

Beg Music Theory & Comp / Int Music Theory & Comp / Advanced Music Theory & Comp / AP Music Theory
