1. Restart your router/cable modem. Unplug it, plug it back in and test again.
2. Turn off nonessential devices or put them in airplane mode. iPads are chatty and like to talk to Apple and other sites even when you are not using them.
3. Limit others from streaming while you are trying to work. Encourage them to download movies or large files outside of work hours.
4. Find a new spot and retest.
5. Find a newer spot, closer to the router/modem and retest.
6. Party like its 1999 and plug your computer directly into the router.
7. And finally, contact your provider!
