Open the Manager App
Click on Self Service (will either be on the top right corner or bottom middle depending on how your signed in)
Find the App that needs updating and select the (Re)-install/update button. This will download the app. If you do not have enough space on your iPad, remove some of the unused apps or pictures.
Step 1:
Try a different charger if one is available. An iPhone charger will work, but will charge much slower than the iPad charger.
Step 2:
Remove the iPad from the case and charge it outside of the case. Sometimes the cases can get dirty and the charge port will stop working. If it works, attempt to clean it with some rubbing alcohol.

Purchase a new charger

Step 1:
Tighten the tip, if it is loose it will not write.
Step 2:
Close out of every app - Turn off the iPad all the way, Turn it back on. Does it work now?
Step 3:
Use an alternative Stylus - most styluses wil work on the iPad. They may not be as precise but they will get the work done.
Step 4:
You may need to purchase a new Logitech Crayon. Please email Tech@gwa.com to ensure that is needed.

Delete the App
Hold your finger down on the app until it states "Rearrange" apps and tap the X, that will remove the app.
