If this is a loaner iPad
Open the Manager App
Click on Self Service (will either be on the top right corner or bottom middle depending on how your signed in)
Find the Seesaw App and select the (Re)-install/update button. This will download the app. If you do not have enough space on your iPad, remove some of the unused apps or pictures.
If this your personal device
Please follow your normal app updating steps by visiting the App Store and downloading a new update
Please check Seesaw Status Page
Is Seesaw having an issue?
If Yes
Try using it again in a few hours
If No
Email Tech@gwa.com and give a detailed explanation of the error message received.
