To checkout the breakout boxes, please fill out the breakout box checkout form. I will need to know the date and time(s) you would like to reserve the boxes. Check the calendar below for availability. One person may reserve the boxes for the whole grade level. I will need to know the codes you want to use for the locks at least two working days in advance. Please let me know if you have any questions.
