Yie Mei

Ms. Choi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from University Putra Malaysia and brings over 6 years of teaching experience in both violin and music theory. Beyond the classroom, she’s an active performer, having taken the stage at a variety of prestigious events. From playing 1st violin for Tun Dr. Mahathir and performing in the 33-hour Musicthon for The Malaysia Book of Records, to the Handel Messiah under the baton of Paul M. Baker, Ms. Choi’s performance history is nothing short of impressive. She’s also performed at the Malaysian Choral Eisteddfod, the UUM Convocation Ceremony, and the Gita Bayu Clubhouse, just to name a few.

A multi-talented musician, Ms. Choi’s passion shines through in everything she does, and she’s always encouraging her students to reach their full potential. We’re thrilled to have such a dedicated and inspiring instructor on our team!
