Mr. Nizam has been a cornerstone of Guitar Collection since 1996, bringing over 25 years of teaching experience to the table. With a Bachelor’s in Music from UiTM, he’s a master of both classical guitar and French horn, having an impressive performance career, playing with groups like the ITM Orchestra, Kuala Lumpur Youth Orchestra, DBKL Orchestra, and the KLSO Brass Ensemble.
But don’t be fooled—when this classical musician turned full-on metalhead, his skills on the electric guitar are just as impressive as his classical chops, making him a versatile and dynamic teacher. A massive fan of Metallica and Iron Maiden, Nizam even rocked out at events like the Bike Fest and MBSA Battle of the Band!
Over the years, Mr. Nizam has taught generations of students, from dads to their kids, especially in the TTDI neighborhood. Whether you’re into classical or fingerstyle or metal, Mr. Nizam is ready to guide you through your musical journey. We’re proud to have him as one of our most experienced and passionate instructors!
