In book club, we read popular teen books and discuss them with pizza. We also do volunteer work related to reading and helping little kids with literacy through puppet shows, story time, and book talks with the public library. Book club students often volunteer in the IHS library and come up with fun library events for our fellow IHS Patriots such as board game day and our schoolwide Readathon where students were able to get prizes for reading.
