- The last 2 years of school records:
- Report Card Grades/ Transcripts
- Discipline Reports
- Attendance Records
- IEP (if applicable)
- 504 (if applicable)
- Completed Transfer form:

- Birth Certificate (Reliable proof of age)
- Proof of Residency in Greenway's Boundary
- Current Utility bill (water, gas or electric within 30 days) in Parent/Guardian's name
- Immunization Records
- Custody Paperwork (if applicable)
- IEP or 504 (if applicable)
You will need to upload these documents, so make sure that you save the documents or images to the device you will use to register.

Step 2: Begin completing the Online Registration Process. Make sure you select the "2024-2025 Online Registration" option!

- Please note that ALL the documents listed above must be submitted in order for your variance to be reviewed.

- Ms. Threadgill will review all variance applications and will contact you regarding the status of your application.
NOTE: If you have ParentVUE in 8th grade, YOU MUST CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT FOR HIGH SCHOOL (GUHSD is a different district). If you are currently using the ParentVUE app, use your web browser to register, NOT your app. If you have a current Greenway student, you may use that ParentVUE account to register.

- Once your variance is approved and your registration has been accepted, staff will email you a form to select your classes.
