Order Forms (click here)

Fill out the order form regardless of how you pay for the exam and turn it into the Finance Office.

Excursion Permits (click here)

Bring your Excursion Permit to the Finance office when you pay for your exam. You need only one. This enables you to leave campus. It’s basically a field trip when you take an AP Test.

Fee Waivers and Scholarship Forms

Students who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch will qualify for a fee waiver for all of their AP exams, and exams will cost $15.00 each. See Mrs. Macceca in the library to submit the paperwork. You will need verifying paperwork to be approved, and we can make copies for you in the library. You must have both your Fee Waiver forms and the AP Test Order form signed off in the library and you must pay by February 28th .

These must be completed by February 22nd and you must have your AP Test Order Form as well. These are processed in the order received and funds are limited. Please note that a student is on the decision-making board so your request is not private.

Pay for your Exams

Bring your AP Order Form to the Finance Office to pay the required amount or to submit your order form if you paid online via the Valhalla Webstore. Each test is $94. Orders placed after March 1st will incur a $55 late fee, so get your order in ASAP. Students receiving fee waivers or scholarships cannot pay via the Webstore.
