取消與退費規定

退費事宜 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)

若因故欲取消報名者，請於原訂研討會日期十四天前，即2026年9月18日前，以 email 至 108876@gtrial.ctust.edu.tw 申請退費，逾期恕不受理。

退費時將扣除報名費之 30% 作為手續費，並於原訂研討會舉辦日期後統一辦理退費，作業時間約需一個月。

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please submit a refund request by email to 108876@gtrial.ctust.edu.tw no later than 14 days before the scheduled conference date, by September 18, 2026. Refund requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. A 30% handling fee will be deducted from the registration fee. Refunds will be processed collectively after the scheduled conference date and may take approximately one month to complete.
