Galloway Preschool Registration Information for 2026-2027
Preschool Waitlist Students from 2025-2026 Lottery: Our registration portal will open on April 2, 2026 for the 2026-2027 School Year. These families will be notified in an email by the district on April 2, 2026.
2026-2027 Lottery Students: For those families who are accepted into the Preschool Lottery, you will receive notification via email and phone on April 2, 2026 regarding the registration process. As a reminder, if you are just entering the lottery for the first time, please do not start the registration process until you have been notified that you’ve been accepted into the lottery.

Galloway utilizes an online, web-based registration platform called OnCourse. As part of the enrollment process, you will be asked to upload various documents within the registration link. If circumstances prevent you from uploading the documents needed to register, hard copies of registration documents can be mailed or may be dropped off at the district office’s drop box. The address of the district office is 101 South Reeds Road, Galloway, NJ 08205. If you are utilizing the District Drop Box, please place all of your documents in one envelope with your child’s full name and address it “Attn: Registrar”.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Gather all of your documents:
Original Birth Certificate (Child must be three (3) or four (4) on or before 10/1/26)
Medical Information - Please view the “Health and Medical Information” section of the Round-Up for details on Required Immunizations and Student Physicals.
Proof of Residency - Documents must be current. If your lease expires before August 2026, a new lease will need to be provided to the district office before school starts.
Custody Papers (if applicable)
Begin the Online Process:
Once you have gathered all the documents needed to register click HERE.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the big blue box and enter the information requested.
After entering your first name, last name & email address, please go to your email to CHECK YOUR INBOX for an email from OnCourse which includes a link to start the registration process.
Enter all of your information online and upload all of your documents.
Please be sure you complete the SEMI Form which is on the registration portal. This form is part of the registration process for all students. If you are unable to complete online, please contact the Registrar to complete in-person.
District Review:
Once you submit your registration your responses and documents will be reviewed. After the review is complete you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm completion or to gather additional information. Please allow up to 10 days for us to review and process your registration. During this time of year, we have an abundance of registrations coming in and it could take a little longer.
