The simplest way to interact with the school
What is Arbor?
Arbor is a free simple to use cloud based MIS (Management Information System) we use to communicate with you more efficiently and collaboratively as a school.
At Kensington Avenue Primary, we use the Arbor parent portal and app to ensure parents/carers can;
Stay informed about their child/ren's school life in a more accessible way.
Receive the latest school news and information.
Can send and receive messages about your child/ren quickly via the in app messaging feature.
Track their attendance.
View current clubs and upcoming trips
Book parent's evening appointments.
Update the contact information and records the school holds.
All parents are advised to download the app and activate your account once you receive your invitation.

Getting Started
To access the portal (via web on a PC or laptop) or app (via mobile phone), you will need to wait for your invitation to be sent to the email address we have on record for you as the primary guardian(s). You will not be able to log in with any other email address.
Once you receive the email titled, Welcome to Arbor at Kensington Avenue Primary! (also check your junk/spam folder), you will be prompted to finish setting up your account by creating a password. Your username will be your email address.

For mobile downloads, please remember to enable push notifications so you don’t miss any updates from the school.
If you have any issues logging in, please contact or email the school office at arbor@kaps.croydon.sch.uk so that we can ensure our records match. Once we hold your correct email, you will be sent an invitation and should be able to login.
Logging In For The First Time
When logging in for the first time, you will need to read and accept the Arbor terms and conditions and as a security measure enter the correct D.O.B of your child or eldest child.
Only relatives who are primary guardians of a child can access the dashboard/app and view the child’s profile. Primary Guardians are the person/s who have parental responsibility for the child.
If you have more than one child at the school, you will be able to switch between each using the same account from the drop down list.
