Duties /activities of the senate record room.
1. Adopt documents properly from divisions/units of the senate for future requirements
2. hand over documents officially to necessary divisions according to requirements.
3. carryon the store of the record room.
4. Computerize essential information.
5. preparing service reports requesting from non- academic establishments.
6. preparing u.p.f , e.t.f. reports requesting from financial division.
7. Preparing reports requesting from academic establishments.
8. make necessary arrangements to discard valueless documents according to national archives act no 48 of 1973 (amended) and treasury circulars.
