Our Main Telephone Exchange Unit is dedicated to providing comprehensive services to meet the communication needs of the entire University. We offer a wide range of support, including:

• Making and answering telephone calls to ensure seamless communication inside Faculties/Departments/Divisions/Centers/Units and outside the University as well.

• Telephone repair services to keep communication fiber lines, PeoTv etc: operational at all times.

• Prompt attention to urgent breakdowns to minimize any disruptions.

• Supervision and management of all telecommunications services, under the guidance of the Officer in Charge of the unit.
