About Google Workspace at Chiba University
【ID】 千葉大学Gmail（～@faculty.gs.chiba-u.jp（教員）／～@office.gs.chiba-u.jp（職員））
【パスワード】 各教職員が設定した任意のパスワード（初回ログイン時のみ初期パスワードを使用）
[ID] Chiba University Gmail (～ @faculty.gs.chiba-.jp (Faculty) / ～@office.gs.chiba-u.jp (Staff))
[Password] Arbitrary password set by each faculty member (initial password is used only when loging in for the first time)
- 以下のボタンからGoogleのログインページにアクセスし、ログインしてください。
- 初回ログインから2週間以内に必ず2段階認証の設定を行ってください。設定しなかった場合、アカウントはロックされ、ログインできなくなります。
- 千葉大学のGoogle Workspaceアカウントに関する詳細は、「千葉大学におけるGoogle Workspaceアカウントについて」のページを参照してください。
- Google Workspaceでは、Classroom、Google Meetなどの各種アプリを利用できます。
- レポート作成や論文執筆に必要なGoogleのオフィス系アプリケーション（ドキュメント、スプレッドシート、スライド等）も利用できます。使用できるアプリとその特徴は、以下のボタンから補足・参考ページにアクセスして確認してください。
- アカウント情報は、教員の場合、各学部・研究科等の担当事務者経由でお渡しします。職員の場合は、学内便（手渡し便）等で直接ご本人にお渡しします。
- 「G Suite」（Google Workspaceの旧名称）と記載されている資料等は「Google Workspace」に読み替えてください。
- Access the Google page (click the button below) and sign in to your account.
- Please set up 2-step verification within 2 weeks of your first login, or your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in.
- For more information on Google Workspace accounts at Chiba University, please refer to the "About Google Workspace Account at Chiba University" page.
- Google Workspace allows you to use various applications such as Classroom and Google Meet.
- You can also use Google’s Office applications (documents, spreadsheets, slides, etc.) required for making reports and writing papers. Access the supplementary/reference page from the button below to check the applications and their features.
- Faculty members will receive the account information via the person in charge of each faculty/graduate school. For the staff, the account information will be provided to the individuals directly by on-campus mail (hand-delivered mail).
- G Suite has been renamed to Google Workspace. So replace the materials, described as “G Suite”, with the new name.

Google Workspaceのパスワードを忘れた場合
In case you forget your Google Workspace password
パスワード忘れ等によりログインできなくなった場合は、以下のフォームよりパスワードの初期化申請を行ってください。
Google Workspaceは、千葉大メール（～@chiba-u.jp）等、他のシステムとは異なります。間違いがないか確認してください。
パスワードの初期化は、職員が行うため、即時にはできません。申請は常時受け付けていますが、初期化作業は平日9:00〜16:00のみ実施します。
If you cannot sign in to your account (forgot the password), initialize it from the following form.
Google Workspace is different from other systems such as Chiba University Mail (~@chiba-u.jp). Make sure not to be mistaken with.
Password initialization process cannot be carried out immediately as staff in charge will carry out the process. Applications for password initialization are always accepted, however; password initialization process is only carried out from 9:00 to 16:00 on Weekdays.
