Fees payment

IGF26 - "In presence" delegates:

Fees include:

• One lunch and four coffee breaks;

• Social dinner.

• The publication of one paper on the dedicated issue of Procedia Structural Integrity.

IGF26 - Remote delegates:

Fees include:

• The publication of one paper on the dedicated issue of Procedia Structural Integrity.

• The participation to the remote sessions with videopresentation & discussion.

All the Participants will be allowed to submit supplementary papers, with the following conditions:

• each supplementary paper will imply a fee increase of 30 euros/paper (publication cost contribution)

• only one presentation per author will be guaranteed.

Considering the COVID-19 problem, all the participants will be allowed to modify their status (from "in presence" to "remote" delegate or viceversa) up to the day before the conference. Fees difference will be reimbursed (from "in presence" to "remote" statues) or requested (from "remote" to "in presence" status).

Conference registration canceled on or before 20.05.2021 is refundable but subject to a €50 administrative fee. Registrants canceling after 20.05.2020 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.

The 100% of the fees will be used for the:

• event organisation;

• publication of the dedicated Procedia Structural Integrity issue;

• publication of the IGF journal Frattura ed Integrità Strutturale;

• all the other IGF activities (e.g., the website publication).
