Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Moj Đelekovec app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Grow d.o.o. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is an official civic information application operated on behalf of the local government unit (city or municipality) whose name the Application bears (hereby referred to as the "Municipality"). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Municipality acts as the data controller and the Service Provider acts as the data processor.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
To deliver push notifications, the Application generates a random device identifier and registers a push notification token with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. This identifier is not linked to your name, email address or any other personal data, and no user account is required to use the Application.
If you use the problem reporting feature, the Application will — only with your explicit permission and only at the moment you create a report — collect:
- The precise location of your device, attached to the report so the Municipality can locate the reported issue
- Photographs you choose to take or select from your gallery
- The description and any contact details you voluntarily enter in the report form
This information is used solely to process and resolve your report. The Application does not track your location in the background and does not collect location data outside of the problem reporting feature. If you deny the location or camera permission, the rest of the Application remains fully functional.
Third Party Access
Only the limited data described above is transmitted to external services in order to operate and improve the Application. The third-party service providers used by the Application are:
- Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging) — delivery of push notifications. See Google's privacy policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
The Service Provider may disclose collected information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can disable push notifications at any time in the Application's settings or in your device's system settings. You can revoke the location and camera permissions at any time in your device's system settings. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at dev@grow.hr and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact the Service Provider at dev@grow.hr or the Municipality directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority; in Croatia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, www.azop.hr).
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider (dev@grow.hr) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries a parent or guardian may do so on your behalf).
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
