Welcome to Year 10 Digital Technologies!

Welcome to one of the most exciting subjects in the school—and yes, one of the coolest classrooms too! 

I can’t wait to dive into an awesome learning adventure with you this year. We’ll be meeting for 3 hours each week over the next two terms, so get ready for some fun and engaging lessons! 

What You’ll Learn

You may already remember my introduction to Digital Technologies, where we talked about what this subject is all about.

During our lessons, you’ll be learning the two key areas of Digitech. Remember, these are:

• Computational Thinking – thinking like a computer

• Designing and Developing Digital Outcomes – using computers to create cool things
  
  

computers and digital devices work while actively working on your own projects. In short: plenty of hands-on activities, and far less time just sitting and learning theory
