Apply to Lead Derry Cooperative School District
Candidates are asked not to contact board members directly. Any effort to do so may eliminate them from consideration. If you have any questions about the process, application, or superintendent role, please contact G&D Associates at apply@gregorydenby.com. We are also pleased to offer a virtual one-to-one with potential applicants who would like to have a deeper discussion and ask specific questions about the role and the process before applying.

Superintendent search committee Update
The superintendent search committee was selected via a lottery facilitated by G&D Associates, which used randomized numbers to identify participants and one alternate for each stakeholder group. School board members were not informed of the names of interested stakeholders, and no discussions occurred regarding specific individuals before or during the lottery process. Three school board members were present during the lottery to ensure the process’s fidelity. Alternates were also selected through the lottery in case a selected member can not serve.
Committee members and alternates will attend a process calibration training in mid-January and participate in two full days of interviews with candidates at the end of January.
The committee consists of:
3 school board members
3 SAU employees
3 school principals/assistant principals
2 teachers
2 paraprofessionals/secretaries/support personnel
2 parents/guardians
2 community members without children in DCSD
Please contact Scott Fuller (scott@gregorydenby.com) from G&D Associates if you have any questions.
