Absent Notes

If your child is absent please download a copy of the GWCS absent note, fill it out and send it to school with your child. A downloadable file of the absent note can be found at the bottom of this page.

Please note that there has been a change in the school wide policy in regards to an early dismissal. If a student needs to dismiss early (for appointments), their dismissal time should be between 1:30-2:00. There should not be a dismissal after 2:00 unless it is an emergency. Also please contact me and attendance@greenwoodcharter.org for all attendance issues including early dismissal, late arrivals, and absences.
