Evaluations
We value your feedback and ask that you and our students sit down and discuss the experience together. We are looking for an honest assessment so we can coach our students to succeed in this role and future opportunities. We ask that at least one evaluation be completed each semester.

Site Visit
Your Work-Based Learning Coordinator will connect with you regarding a time to visit with the student at their work location.
Time Record
Students may need to provide a timesheet to their instructor for grading. They can use a hard copy (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE TIME SHEET) or you can supply us with a printed record from your time tracking database.
