Welcome to my webpage! I am excited to begin the new school year and look forward to meeting all of my students. With over 30 years of teaching experience in South Carolina public schools, I have had the opportunity to teach both Math and Science, and I am passionate about inspiring young learners and fostering a love for education. This year marks my fourth at Beck International Academy, where I am thrilled to be teaching 6th Grade History for the first time.

On a personal note, I have a son who is currently attending the University of South Carolina. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy staying active through volleyball, basketball, cycling, pickleball, lacrosse, and swimming. I also have a beloved dog named Maddie who brings joy to my life.

I am eager to embark on this new chapter and to help my students explore the fascinating stories of history.
