Welcome to PE class! Get ready learn how to become and to stay physically fit. Physical fitness is very important to being your best. At the beginning of this year we will focus on personal fitness. As the year goes on, and social distancing allows, we will use varied games and activities to accomplish your best level of fitness. You will be able to incorporate these activities into your own personal routine.

First and foremost, we want you to be healthy. This course will focus on three separate aspects:

1. Personal Health

2. Physical Fitness

3.Teamwork through sports

Focusing on activities related to these three topics, you will set goals to build and maintain good health for the rest of your life. Use the tabs to the left to learn about me, and exactly what you will be doing this year.
