COMMON ISSUES
Problems like backspace not working, keys typing to fast or too slow, an oversized, colorful, or circled mouse, etc. are often accessibility features. To disable them:
1. Click on the bottom right of the screen, in the toolbar.
2. If you are not logged in, click on the accessibility icon and uncheck anything you see. If you are logged in, click the settings icon.
3. Under settings on the left, click "advanced" and then "accessibility."
4. Click "manage accessibility features" and toggle off all unnecessary features.
